Delicious Feta and Yogurt Dip You Can Serve with Anything
The official start of summer is right around the corner, so this week’s Sunday Supper features a delicious Feta and Yogurt Dip appetizer that is both easy to make and incredibly versatile. Created by FinaMill’s own Kate Gilbert, who oversees all our social media, you can pair this dip with everything from chicken wings and bread to fresh vegetables or your favorite foods for dipping. Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp minced fresh mint or cilantro (or a combination)
- 1/2 tsp. black peppercorns, ground in a FinaPod PRO Plus
- 1/4 tsp. dried garlic chips, ground in a FinaPod PRO Plus
- 1/2 cup well-crumbled feta cheese
- Salt to taste
Directions
1. Mix 1 cup of the plain Greek yogurt, the fresh mint or cilantro (or you can use a combination of the two) with the ground black peppercorns and the ground dried garlic chips.
2. Once completely mixed, add the well-crumbled feta cheese and season with salt to taste.
3. Cover and chill for 1 hour or overnight until serving.
4. Serve the dip with vegetables, bread, crackers or chicken wings or your favorite dippable items.
