Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship out within 24 - 48 hours. Standard economy shipping times are 5-8 business days for the contiguous US and 6-10 business days for non-contiguous US (AK & HI). Expected delivery times may vary depending on location and are subject to product availability at the time of purchase.

Returns
Our satisfaction guaranteed policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, except for reasons of defective workmanship. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, with the original packaging. Opening the packaging does not void the warranty. Prior to approving a refund or exchange, we must be able to validate your purchase.
Please send an email to ambassador@finamill.com to validate your purchase and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any return that is received without verification and/or a Return Authorization Number may be lost or rejected. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), i.e., any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts, returned more than 30 days after date of purchase, or for reasons beyond our control.
When and if you receive your Return Authorization Number, please print it clearly on the outside return box and send the item(s) back to:
